There is so much information out there from a huge amount of sources that for someone starting from scratch it would be virtually impossible to unearth the correct way to burn belly fat. Scientists are now able to examine and experiment with DNA so don't you think that by now they would have figured out how the average person in the street can burn belly fat. Well in actuality of course they already have it is just that the truth has gotten twisted and altered amidst all of the marketing spiels from the innumerable amount of marketing companies out there and there so called 'advice'. So, to correct a few incorrect perceptions here are a few things that you should definitely not be trying
1) Sit-ups for burning belly flab. This myth is not based on any fact at all is completely false. performing crunches will improve strength an the endurance of those muscles involved but it will be very unlikely to get rid of fat from around that area. The reverse order to that which you first put weight on is how fat will fall off of your body.e. last fat on first fat off! This means if your chin was the most recent part of your body to add fat tissue then this will be the first place you will lose fat from, not your belly. The best workouts for weight loss include high intensity interval training and weight training.
2) Dramatically limiting your calorie intake for weight loss. This is both unhealthy and dangerous whilst also not actually working and is quite frankly ridiculous. One of the chief responsibilities op your body is to simply ensure its own survival and defend you. If it has no food supply it feels that it must be in short supply, so in order to ensure its continued survival it slows the body's metabolism right down and holds onto all the fat stores and calories that it can. This is precisely the opposite to that which you need your body to do!
3) Liquid diets. These are quite often very low in calories and can produce the same effects as simply starving yourself (see point 2). There is absolutely nothing in a canned drink or powder that is going to help you lose weight. Everything in that drink can be gotten from good wholesome foods.
