So, to correct a few incorrect perceptions here are a few things that you should definitely not be trying<br />  <br /> 1) Sit-ups for burning belly flab. This myth is not based on any fact at all is completely false. performing crunches will improve strength an the endurance of those muscles involved but it will be very unlikely to get rid of fat from around that area. The reverse order to that which you first put weight on is how fat will fall off of your body.e. last fat on first fat off! This means if your chin was the most recent part of your body to add fat tissue then this will be the first place you will lose fat from, not your belly.
