Exercising at home

Home dumbell workout has finally come to stay. Gym memberships are losing compared to a lot of new work out programs coming out.  Let's take P90X for example.

P90X is a full body workout routine that for the price has far more benefits than a gym membership.

  • Personal instruction-If you tried to get personal instruction from a personal trainer, 7 days a week, for 90 days, it would literally cost in to the thousands of dollars, P90X offers this, the videos are personal instruction, and you also get a Beach body coach.
  • Cost-P90X costs roughly $120.  A gym membership is at least $30 a month, again, without any personal instruction
  • Comfort of home- People doing home fitness have the added benefit of not having to work out in front of other people, especially if they are shy, or just starting out. plus they have all the comforts of home, and they dont have to share a shower.
  • Fitness Plan- The companies that develop home fitness courses are very experienced in what they do, work outs like P90X work out the total body, and are very detailed plans, gyms... not so much i'm afraid!

Many people buy in to the myth that gyms are better because they have all the equipment, when in actuality very little is needed to get an incredible work out. for a total body work out all you need is a chin up bar, some weights, or some bands.

It saves time to work out at home, and with the fast paced lives Americans are leading, saving time is important!
